The product can be exchanged and returned in the following cases: 1- The customer receives an incorrect order (the order value will be refunded to the customer) and Ghada Boutique bears all shipping costs for the exchange and return. 2- The customer receives an incomplete order. (The incomplete order will be delivered to the customer or the value of the missing product will be refunded). 3- You can exchange and return our products if they do not match the order specifications, or in case of delivery error or implementation error not resulting from the customer's negligence. 4- The exchange and return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the abaya. 5- Upon refund, your request will be processed and the amount transferred within 14 working days. Note: No modifications can be made after more than 6 hours of completing the order.
